Digital Doc: Repairing broken electronics

. November 30, 2015.

Digital Doc opened its doors in Findlay in June, with specialized experts who repair  broken electronic devices. First started in Owensboro, Kentucky six years ago, Digital Doc expanded into Findlay to help the local community with a cost effective alternative to replacing broken phones and tablets.

They offer a range of services, including screen replacement, and fixing hardware/software problems and broken charging cord ports. District Manager Grant Davis said, “We will take a look at anything electronic and do our best to fix it. We have a very high success rate for repairs.”

Davis said that one of his favorite parts of the job is when parents bring him a child’s device that has been broken. “There’s nothing like the look on a child’s face when you bring his favorite toy back to life,” he recounted.

At Digital Doc, they pride themselves in customer service, striving to complete most repairs the same day, and matching or beating competitors’ prices.
