Downtown restaurant Stix re-opened in March a few doors from its previous location in a stylish new spot at 110 E. Sandusky St. Owner and Chef Renz Salanga explained that a better layout and better visibility motivated the move to the former Revolver restaurant location.
Décor is contemporary and modern, with an artistic feel. Stix also now serves beer, wine, and liquor.
The menu at Stix can be described as Asian-based, with influence from other world cuisines such as Cuban, Hawaiian, Mexican, French, and more. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients make up the unique chef-driven menu, frequently updated to offer new and interesting dishes.
Customer favorites include the Hot Stone Bibimbap, Crispy Brussel Sprouts, and Watermelon Feta Salad. “We try to keep it minimal with décor and food, to focus on what the dish is about,” Salanga said.
Lunch Monday-Friday 11am-2pm and Saturday Noon-2pm.
Dinner Monday-Thursday 5-9pm and Friday/Saturday 5-10pm.
